        Our last printer was clapped out.It was a cheap light duty model that proved it couldn't stand up to much work (a bit like some of our ex-employees!) When Quill offered a 3-in-1 Brother machine on special for $99 we ordered it immediately. Set up was fast but it wouldn't grip or feed the useless paper we were using. Two days after a quick visit to the Brother website to find which brand/weight of paper they recommended for their machines we were copying with no problems at all. Quill always delivers FAST and FREE.

                I bought a case thinking Xerox was a good name. I suffered through every ream curling when going through the printer. I usually buy Hammermill and never had this issue. We tried flipping it before putting into the printer and it helped. Would not buy this brand again.
