This chair is very comfortable and rolls extremely easy. I had no problem putting in together with the picture directions included. However, it may benefit some to have written directions also. I am a short person and have trouble finding chairs that I can sit all the way back in comfortably and not have my feet dangling. This chair is the perfect depth for me and adjustable so I can adjust for my limited height.

They look good at first and easy to assemble but are poorly made. Fabric tearing very easily from the seams.

Needed a chair for occasional office use. Not necessarily all-day, every day. Ordered the 13197QL l[...] Took about 20 minutes to assemble the chair; only needed an extra pair of hands for the attachment of the back cushion to the back support bar. Chair seems comfortable, though the seat is not exceptionally wide. If someone had to sit in this chair all day, every day, I might have justified spending a bit more but, for our purposes, it seemed the perfect choice.

This is a great chair for the price! The guy who assembled it was impressed with how easy that was and the woman who sits in it was totally pleased with adjustability and comfort. A real bargain!

This chair looked okay coming out of the box, but for what I paid for it the quality is cheap. The back is crooked and we can't seem to keep it straight. The wheels roll good, but it's uncomfortable with the back.

If I were not sitting in this chair for 7 to 8 hours a day, it would be quite good. However, for full-time use, it's terribly uncomfortable. The padding is not soft, the back leaves no room for adjustments; you're forced to sit up straight unless you want to loosen the back and make it wobbly. This chair was purchased to replace a chair that had a bad hydrolic,but given the choice I'd take my old chair back in a heartbeat.
