I sit at a desk most of the day. I've started having lower back pains lately and thought I'd try a lumbar pillow to help. So far, it is working great! This lumbar cushion has helped me an incredible anount! If I feel lazy or tired and slouch back in my chair it supports my back firmly (and doesn't slide around!)and I haven't been having any pain since I've been using it. Great buy! Worth the extra couple of dollars!

I'm really pleased with this back rest. It attached to the chair tightly, so it doesn't slide around. The cover is removable if you want to wash it, but it doesn't attract very much lint. Best of all, it has helped relieve back pain.

The back rest is a MUST for anyone who needs additional back support in an office environment and that means anyone who sits, basically.

This is a very comfortable backrest and I would get more if we needed them.
