Jammed on 2-sided printing

Comments about HP Brochure Paper; 8-1/2x11, Glossy:
We have a very expensive, well-maintained RICOH high-volume laser printer that does 2-sided 80lb glossy cardstock and other glossy papers with no trouble. For some reason, though, we could get this HP 32lb laser paper to print on one side only. We tried duplex printing and also ran it through from the bypass tray to get it to print on side 2, but it "accordion-ed" every time. Now, I will admit that we used a full bleed on side 1, so having the ink all the way to the edge of the paper on side 1 may have caused the problem, but we do full bleeds with glossy card stock and Epson papers with no problem. It might work for 2-sided printing with less ink coverage or a white border, but I don't have time to experiment.40lb also might have been sturdy enough to push through, but Staples only carries the 40lb in inkjet paper. The quality and ease-of-use for 1-sided printing for us was good, as one would expect. Nothing life-changing. I prefer Epson papers for presentations, but hoped this less-expensive alternative would work.
Great for 1 side printing - not 2

If this brochure paper is to be printed on both sides, it has a tendendy to jam. The laser ink sets too much on the surface and sticks. If you are printing 1 side - it's great.

Good enough

We were looking for a substitute for double sided glossy card stock (selling sheets and trade show handouts). On our Xerox 6120 color laser (not a duplex device), this printed fine and met expectations for the first side, but we spent 2 hours trying to make it print on the 2nd side in color. We had to go to our xerox black&white laser to put any content on the 2nd side. We tried everything... I can't recommend this paper to someone with the xerox 6120 color laser if you want to do 2-sided color printing.
Dull color

This paper does not provide bright, even color. Areas of solid color take on a blotchy look. Colors are dull compared to other papers I've used.
It's paper

What can I say? It's paper. It seemed pricey to me at [$] for 150 pages. It does look really nice, but the other caution is that this paper is made for a LASER PRINTER. This is not the same thing as an ink jet. My final result was printed on a color laser, but I did print a draft on the ink jet. The ink jet version smeared and bled. This is not the fault of the paper, it's clearly labelled LASER, but just a caution to other shoppers.
Brochure paper good for lightweight card

I used this paper for our annual Christmas card/letter and it worked great. I would use a little heavier brochure paper if it was available, but this was adequate for my needs.
