            Might be ok for lumbar support, but I have shoulder/neck/upper back pain and this chair just makes it so much worse! You can't lean back at all and it forces you to sit completely straight and rigid, which puts a lot of strain on my upper back & neck. Maybe I can convince someone in the office to switch chairs with me....
