I do like how u touch it and it automatically shuts off, but it doesn't put enough heat out unless u r right next to it.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I bought this about 2 - 3 years ago for my co-worker who is always cold and she loves it!! It is a bit loud, that's why I only gave it 4 stars, but it warms her office extremely well. We have never had a problem with it and after all these years, it's still running strong. (Watch, now it will break. LOL)

we have certain offices that get colder than others in the winter. Also in the summer when the air conditioner is on, it will get cold in some areas. This is a very good help and does not take much space.

Returned both heaters;[...]the fan was much to noisy for a small office environment and seemed not to throw off adequate heat.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this item! At this price you should get very good quality. It is SO LOUD it sounds like a little jet engine under my desk. It constantly shuts off at the slightest touch, and puts out very little heat. Buy a cheap one somewhere else for $15 and you'll get a much better heater!

I bought this to use in my cube, but it is way to loud for the quiet office setting. Also it barely heats, low and medium settings don't work at all. The fan has only one setting VERY loud!
